Monolithic .NET Core order platform was hitting latency limits under peak load of 10K+ daily orders, with checkout and catalog endpoints degrading under concurrent traffic.

Solution

Decomposed the monolith into Redis-backed microservices, introduced RabbitMQ for async workloads, applied cache-aside patterns and projection queries against PostgreSQL — achieving 80% latency reduction on critical endpoints.

Problem

Replicating large hospital datasets across Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL and PostgreSQL under a hard 2 GB RAM budget without data loss or cross-database mismatches.

Engineered a streaming-read and batched-write pipeline in Spring Boot with per-source connection tuning and careful JDBC cursor management — reliable cross-vendor replication within tight memory constraints.

Turkey had no digital system to measure agricultural enterprises' resilience to climate change — assessments were manual, non-reusable and could not be aggregated across household, regional and national levels.

Solution

Built a single Spring Boot backend powering both a researcher web tool and a Flutter mobile self-assessment app, implementing a 13-indicator resilience algorithm across social, economic, environmental and managerial dimensions. Validated with 922+ field surveys across 8 strategic crops and 8 Turkish provinces.
